Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

These terms cover your use of Irie Launch Room (the “Service”), operated by Corey Steward (“we,” “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company or team, you're confirming you have the authority to do that.

1. What the Service is

Launch Room is a workspace of tools for researching, building, and launching a product or channel — product research, prompt generation, competitor analysis, an AI assistant, image and video planning, website and link-page generation, and more. Some tools call a third-party AI model (Anthropic) to generate text; some route to specialist Irie services for research or rendering. When a tool depends on something that isn't connected, it says so plainly rather than guessing or faking a result — that's a deliberate design choice, not a bug.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure — we use passwordless (“magic link”) sign-in, so anyone with access to that inbox can access your workspace.
  • One workspace can have multiple members with different roles; the workspace owner is responsible for who they invite and what access those members have.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. We don't store your card details — Stripe does.
  • Each plan carries specific weekly/monthly usage limits per tool, shown on the Billing page. Limits reset on their stated cycle; they don't roll over.
  • You can cancel or change your plan any time from the in-app Billing page, which opens Stripe's billing portal directly.
  • We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

4. AI-generated content — what you're actually getting

Several tools (Chat, Product Maker, Blog Maker, Ad Library) use an AI model to draft content from research you provide. That output:

  • Is a draft, not a finished, verified product. Product Maker and Blog Maker outputs are explicitly marked “needs review” and carry an AI-drafting disclosure for exactly this reason — read what it produced before you publish or sell it.
  • Is generated only from what you (or the room's prior tool runs) actually supplied — the model is instructed not to invent facts, statistics, or income claims, but AI systems can still make mistakes. You're responsible for verifying anything you publish or represent as fact.
  • Belongs to you. Between us, you own the output you generate through the Service, subject to Anthropic's own usage terms for the underlying model and any rights of people or brands referenced in your source material.

We make no promise that any tool, product, channel, or piece of content built with Launch Room will generate income, traffic, or sales. Revenue estimates in Competitor Analyzer are deliberately blocked unless backed by real traffic data — we don't show you a guess dressed as a fact, and you shouldn't treat anything else in the Service as a promise of results either.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or publish illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
  • Attempt to access another workspace's data, bypass usage limits, or probe the Service's infrastructure (including the tools that fetch external URLs) for vulnerabilities without our permission.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service itself (as opposed to the products/content you build with it, which are yours).
  • Use the Ad Library or Competitor Analyzer tools to scrape or reproduce a competitor's copyrighted material for reuse rather than pattern analysis.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Third-party services

Launch Room coordinates with, but doesn't control, several third-party and sibling services — Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and, where connected, Irie Product Scout, IriePage, Video Studio, Irie Cut, and Linkfig. We're not responsible for outages, errors, or content originating from those services; when one isn't reachable, the affected tool degrades to an honest “not connected” state rather than a fake result.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, non-payment, or activity that risks the Service or other customers. If we terminate your account for a reason other than a terms violation, we'll give you reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or lost data — though nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we'll post the update here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after that counts as acceptance.
