This describes what Irie Launch Room collects, why, and what you can do about it. It's written to match what the product actually does — not a generic template — so if something here changes, we'll update this page, not just our intentions.

1. What we collect

  • Account info: your email address, and a workspace name/slug you choose. We don't collect a password — sign-in is a single-use emailed link.
  • Billing info: handled directly by Stripe. We receive your plan, subscription status, and billing period from Stripe's webhooks — we never see or store your card number.
  • Content you create: everything a tool produces on your behalf (research reports, prompt packs, drafts, blueprints, images prompts, chat messages) is stored in your workspace's Stash so you can find it again. This is the core of the product, not incidental data collection.
  • Usage metadata: which tools you run and when, so plan allowances can be metered and so we (the operator) can see aggregate usage and troubleshoot problems. We do not read the content of your stashed outputs for any purpose other than displaying it back to you and operating the product.
  • Cookies: a session cookie (who you are, so you stay signed in) and a small cookie that remembers which workspace/room you were last working in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

2. What we send to third parties, and why

  • Anthropic (the AI provider) receives the text you or your room's prior tool runs supply to AI-backed tools (Chat, Product Maker, Blog Maker, Ad Library), in order to generate the output those tools return. See Anthropic's own privacy policy for how they handle that.
  • Stripe receives what it needs to process payment — your email and payment details go directly to them, not through our servers.
  • Resend is the service that delivers your sign-in and invite emails; your email address passes through it to reach your inbox.
  • Product Scout, IriePage, Video Studio, Linkfig, and other sibling Irie services receive only what a specific tool run needs (e.g., a niche/topic for a market scan, or a page brief for a launch page) — only when you actually run that tool, and only when that connection is configured.

We do not sell your data to anyone, for any reason.

3. How long we keep it, and how to delete it

We keep your account and stashed content for as long as your account is active, so your work stays available to you. There is currently no self-serve “delete my account” button in the product — if you want your account and data deleted, email [email protected] and we'll remove it. We're telling you this plainly rather than promising an automated flow that doesn't exist yet.

4. Security

The Service runs over HTTPS end to end. Sign-in tokens are single-use and expire in 15 minutes. Sessions use random, unguessable session identifiers. We keep production credentials out of source control and restrict database access to the application itself.

5. Children's privacy

The Service isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
